For wine: Wine kits across a range of styles and price points, plus wine yeast, bentonite, oak chips, potassium metabisulphite, and other fining agents and additives for clean, solid wine at home.

Equipment

Fermenters and carboys (glass and plastic), grain mills, auto siphons, racking canes, mash paddles, hydrometers, thermometers, bottling gear (cappers, corks, bottles), and all the smaller bits that make brew day go smoothly. If you're just starting out, ask about our starter kits. They include everything a beginner needs for a first batch.

Cleaning and Sanitization

Good sanitation is the difference between a great batch and a drain pour. We stock PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash), Star San, and other no-rinse sanitizers, the products that homebrewers rely on. If you're new to the hobby and not sure about a cleaning routine, ask us. We'll walk you through it.

We brew and make wine ourselves, so we can help you troubleshoot a stuck fermentation, pick the right yeast for your recipe, or figure out what went sideways on your last batch.
